Do you require a prescription refill?
- We ask that when you get your last refill from your pharmacy you call the clinic to book an appointment for your prescription refills.
- If you are unable to get an appointment before your prescription runs out, book the next available appointment with your family physician and then contact your pharmacy and see if they will cover you until your appointment date.
Do you require a Drivers Medical?
- Drivers' Medical can only be booked with your family physician. To book an appointment please call and speak to one of our receptions. The fee for having a Drivers Medical completed is $120.00
