After 42 years working at the Grandin Medical Clinic as a Medical Office Assistant, Bernie Fafard is retiring at the end of September.
Words cannot express our gratitude to Bernie for her dedication to our Physicians, staff and patients.

Changes To Our Urgent Care Clinic
As we transition into a new normal, post-COVID pandemic, and in an effort to improve the quality of care for our patients, as of December 5, 2022, we will no longer offer general Urgent Care phone call appointments with the exception of UTIs, Prescription Refills and COVID symptoms. If you need to see a physician for an urgent medical issue, you will be asked to attend the Grandin Medical Urgent Care Clinic in person.

Our Appointment Bookings:
Appointment bookings may be made during regular clinic hours by calling 780-459-5581 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm) or through the Medeo online booking program. (Please note online appointment booking is for phone call appointments only)

Our Appointment Policies:
When a patient cannot attend an appointment, the clinic MUST be notified within one business day of the scheduled appointment. If the clinic is not advised, the appointment will be registered as a ‘no show’ appointment. When a patient is a ‘no show’ for a scheduled appointment, they will be notified by telephone. A $40 charge may be applied following a second ‘no show’ appointment. A third missed appointment may result in ongoing Clinic care being reviewed.
